Sidenote, and off topic: Bill, does Kim'* Neon have the windows without metal tops, too? If so, have you found a good way to stop the airleaks?

Buy a service manual and spend 4 days trying to get the window to adjust and seal right with the door closed. I'm not kidding. I had 2 local glass shops refuse to do it for any amount of money.
Dodge Neon window adjustments (8 per side) are a nightmare. They had to put them in due to the poor manufacturing tolerances of the front doors.
