although redbull and monster drinks taste like crap. I prefer XS energy drinks personally. Especially the rootbeer flavor.. it tastes exactly like REAL rootbeer.

As long as you don't have a heart condition, you should be fine... however, you are taxing your entire system... including your kidneys... you will literally pee pure monster drink... that'* what happened to me on the way to WCBF...

Do it! I will drink 3-4 Full Throttles and a few cans of Mt. dew every Friday (8-9hrs) at work and I'm still breathing. (Breathing a little fast though)

I drink more caffiene than that a day with just coffee.
If you're not used to it, you might feel as bit of a rush, and a "caffiene hangover" later, but it ain't no big deal.
