I am also going to raise the flag here...
I ran a 13.2 at 104.7. So basically we have the same trap spees but I'm two seconds faster? It doens't make sense. You'd have to have extremely high gearing and a helluva lot of power to pull that off. I just don't see how it would be possible in any car, unless you spin the whole way down the track...and no offense, but I don't see that happening in a mostly stock Bonneville.
