$3600, I kept the intake. He got the ported airbox from the SSEi years ago instead.

2.55 pulley and a stock 2.85 for good measure out the door.

He still hasn't said that it isn't an April Fools joke or not. Though the joke is usually given up 3 days after April 1st.

I do have one question though. Why didn't you offer it to the club before listing on Craigslist?

In the history of this Forum, only 3 cars have been sold to members that I recall.

Population density of members is very sparse on the West Coast. We're all spread out, and myfirstbonnie found his L67 days before I listed.

By listing the ad here, I DID offer it to club members. But I knew the odds of that were very long. myfirstbonnie is the closest active member to me (there are other rarely-active closer) and he'* an hour away. The next nearest member is 4 hours away. 3 of them actually, and they're all starving college students.

This is an interesting thread to stumble across. What happens when the zilla is being torn apart?

True, I realize that it was offered here. It is a pretty special car IMO and I figured you would really want someone that would appreciate it. I understand that the likelihood of a BC member purchase was low though so I see your standpoint. Nice job on the sale though. I really think your CL ad described the car well and hopefully attracted a more informed buyer. Also, what are the plans for the next car? 00+ SSEi or a different car altogether? I think you should start playing with turbos.
