I love my job (now w/ pics)
Most of the mechanics that work for us are on vacation this week, so I have had to pick up a little of the slack, which I don't mind because (boat) sales are slow anyways.
This morning my boss asked me to run a boat for some guys tuning an auto pilot on a yacht. Great weather and calm seas this morning, so it was a nice ride. When I got back I kept commenting on how nice the boat was, I had never ran one of these before. Then my boss informed me that he hoped I was careful, because the boat cost over $1,000,000 It was nice, but I didn't think it was that nice, damn.
And tomorrow I have an appointment set to take a customer out on a 27' Fountain, which is like an offshore racing boat, with a blown 502 big block, hope the weather holds up.
