Thats not a california inspection sticker. It'* a Valparaiso highschool parking sticker. All the highschoolers here have them on their windshield.

look on the Windshield...lower drivers side corner
100% sure that is the NC sticker

I was just saying b/c Valpo has the kids put their parking permits in the same spot. Maybe the car was originally bought in NC or thats not the real pic of it
