It'* beginning to look like a macabre prelude to Easter this week. Now a father uo near Purple'* way slaughters his 5 children then kills himself yesterday. You start to wonder if this madness is going to end.

I watched this unfold last night on the news. The sadness I felt was palpable and the anger I held back was genuine.

The TV reporting vultures swooped in on this area in droves. The questions they posed to the neighbors absolutely disgusted me and sensationalized this tragedy.

Five kids..age 7 to 16 are dead and then the coward they call a father, drives to another county and shoots his face off, where he is found by two teenagers - who are also traumatized with what they saw.

It seems each new reported act of violence against another human being brings on a kind of one-upmanship with the sick and twisted. It'* got to end.....please....

Was watching Fox news before I left for work. They had a guy that shot a bunch of people, might be this guy. They refused to even say his name. They said they wont give this guy any fame.

It'* just sick.

I don't normally blame the media for things. I believe people need to be held accountable for their actions.
I think that the media just reports what happens...movies, video games don't cause violence.....but, you have to wonder if all of these events didn't get news coverage, would they con tune to happen, or at least as much or the that extent?

Just a thoguht.

I think that'* for the best. Maybe more anonymity will make others who are thinking about one-upmanship think twice and then not do anything.

In most of these things...the shooter ends up taking his own life. Why not cut to the chases and do it before you end the lives of others? That'* the thing that really honks me off.
