Does anyone have any recomendations for GOOD file recovery programs, i want to salvage a bunch of pictures that were accidentally deleted off of a memory card!

Can they BE recovered? I though flash memory was "delete it, forget it", as in no trace remaining?

I thought when a file is deleted, technically it is still their. Just marked to be written over. I guess as long as you haven't written anything else to it, it should still be on it.

we have tried one program, and it recovered about 10% perfectly, and about another 10% are half there, i wanted to find the best consumer available program to use

Software Shelf'* File Rescue Plus. The trial version only lets you recover 4 files, but you can order it.
