A Walk To The Lake , View Of East Jesus, PA more pics added
OK I"m actually going to do something constructive tonite. I took a walk yesterday with my cam and tripod following the creek that runs on the east side of my property down to the mouth of the lake. I own 1/265th of the lake and dock rights. As does every house in East Jesus, PA

From the inlet You can see most of my town...265 Cottages some are shacks and some are resorts in themselves.

I clears up alot more too, the creek and springs are still filling the lake and it.* got about 4-5 feet to go. Air is just as clean. I live 25 mikes in any direction from the nearest organized town. And only one city in a 50 mile radius. No water sysyem, no newspaper delvery, no road maintenece except county roads, no mail service, no police department, a fire department that needs a week to get the antiques ready for a parade( we call them the "cellar savers"), no snow removal, ....electricity and phone go out for days at a time in winter. And I love every minute of living here.

That would be Mike Hornack The Township Cop. Yep 9-5 and we never see him on our lake 'cept if someone dies. Large Township to administer for 8 hours a day. He'* usually napping in car hidden between white Mark lines for an old Vascar type speeding system thats uses time instead of radar. I make a game out of doing 70 in a 45 and come as fast to first line and still stop before second line..........

Walking home on the western side of my property You see two of many natural springs that feed the lake. Some dress em up fancy, others dont.

I think everyone should have a mountain on their property, and here'* mine. ( OK it'* just a hill) but very scenic and home to more than one Pennsylvania Black bear.

Two ducks in my front yard. There is alot of wildlife around my yards and many of them return on a yearly basis so I can almost walk up to many ducks, geese, and deer.

Coming around to the back yard I snapped pics of two white tailed deer. Even walking to egde of my pond doesnt spook them. These two are enjoying their third spring and I know them and others by sight.

My world class watch geese. The tallest stands erect over 3 feet and close to 30 pounds. Tolouse geese are very agressive in their own yard ,but docile once they cross their mental boundary. They follow the curved road behind seasonal residents and visitors in the summer and beg for food.

Geese on backyard pond plus a wannabe that has become domesticated and winters with the geese.

I lose the sun early here and its sucky in the winter and great in summer heat.
