Hello All. My Name is Allen. I just got back from Iraq in Jun, and just purchased my first Bonneville today. I got it for 250.00, yes 250.00. The only thing is I have to do is put the engine together. By that I dont mean that the engine is apart, but that the original was replaced due to a blown head gasket. The mechanic wasnt really interested in doing it so the result is that the engine has been sitting in the engine compartment for the last 2 years, not even bolted up to the trans. Bottom line is I am glad to have it and I think I can have her running in about 1 week. Any suggestions? Very nice to meet you all, Allen

Hello Toddster, Top end rebuilds, cam replacement, general maintenance, water pump replacement, replacing head gaskets, front end fender and grille replacement, radiator core replacement, you know, the usual hobbyist stuff.

Hi guys, Thanks. The engine was from another car, from a wrecking yard, but I think it will be OK. Also, she is the base model with the basics. Call me crazy but, she has a dark green interior that I REALLY like, and I think the 3800 with the 4T60E. I do like the look of the car a lot, and I know that I will need to do the dance....you know Ive lost my # 13 MM in the intake LOL. The guy I bought it from is really cool, and he just wanted to be rid of it. I am VERY excited
