South Jersey new Bonneville Owner
Hey guys,
I just recently purchased a 1989 Bonneville LE for $500. I previously was driving around my '95 Chevy *-10, but suffered through a car accident and the damage was too much to repair... engine ran fine, just the body work was over $1000... Bent hood that won't open, pushed back fender, broken grill, broken headlight bracket... Was looking around for a new car, and the only thing I could do was head up to a Buy here pay here place... after returning from there, my brother in law explained to me that our neighbor recently got a car from an old lady who sold it because she needed money... Our neighbor was asking for $500, the money it costs for her to buy it previously...
So here I am. Silver, great interior, all I need to do is get some new window motors, and a new passenger mirror, and I'm set... oh, and to find a good way to keep the interior fabric on the roof from falling down. I'll take some pictures today, if I can remember of course!

Have your window motors stopped working or are they simply slow? If they are just slow, replacing the motors aint gonna give you much better performance. It'* just the nature of the beast.

Eh I think there are already these "saggy stoppers" in my car... they are these clear pin type thingies where the end is twisted, and you twist it into the foam of the roof... some of them aren't working quite so well any more, not to mention that 1) I could use a few more, 2) Don't know where at in a Wal-Mart I'd find them [and the Wal-Mart is relatively far away, hehe. But I think that'* what'* in my car now...
Now now, here in South Jersey we don't say things like Cawfee, Joisey, etc. That'* only north, you should know! :P
