I would like to see this 3.9 Monte! and the looks on peoples faces when u pop the hood. LOL. "WTF".. I see there is a few differant 3900... making 230-240hp...

money, money, money.... that'* the only thing holding the project back. that and deciding if i want to use a OBD1 PCM and a standalone board to control the VVT and variable intake or just biting the bullet and attempting to use the CAN PCM ...

OBD1 and 1.5 at least... i'm still looking into OBD2 though!

Welcome to the GMForum. Looks like you've met some of the crew. We can always use people who know their stuff, X 2 for those who think out of the box. I can appreciate some thinking that goes beyond the 3800 box. It'* an awesome engine, but ya, it'* been done here forever. Giving people choices and getting them to look at other choices is always a good thing.
