Formal Introduction :)
Hi all,
I've been lurking around here for a while, made a few posts, but I've never really introduced myself. My name is Mike, and I'm new to the Pontiac family. I've owned mainly performance oriented cars ( Camaros, Malibus) since I started driving 10 years ago, but having a family made me have to go the sedan route. I took to the Dodge Intrepid for a few years, and always wanted to make it faster, but it seems noone sells performance parts for those cars. After having my 2000 Intrepid totalled, and upon suggestion from the lil lady, I looked into the Bonnevilles, and test drove an '02 SLE (immediately after driving an '04 6 speed GTO...talk about apples and oranges.) which didn't impress me any. I came across an SSEi (which had major problems...coolant leaks, the engine was covered in oil, no power, badly bubbling hood), and pretty much gave up after that. 2 strikes for the Bonneville. Finally I came across the 2000 SSEi I now own. Upon a lengthy test drive, I decided that it was the car I was looking for. A wise decision in my opinion. Four doors and plenty of power. I love the fact that there are performance parts available for the 3800, and love the looks of the car as well. Maybe by the time I'm done I'll be eating up stock GTOs... If it weren't for this site, I wouldn't know about Intense-racing.com or zzperformance. Kudos to you all. Just thought I would let you know a little about me, and it'* off to bed...it'* going to be a long day tomorrow....Merry Christmas ( or Haunakah, Kwanza, {insert correct holiday here}) to you all.

Now get back to the family, dammit! We'll see you again in a couple days.
(and a friendly warning to you........ www.intense-racing.com is located in Ohio. Your wife is going to kill you in a couple months).

Welcome to the family, you'll like it here.
It should not take much to eat a stock GTO.
That'* for sure, I've been looking at some of the parts out there for an SSEi. Im amazed at the power you can crank out of them puppies.

That would be the best thing to do. They can flash it right there.
