Back on topic--for a bit--don't be afraid of the SSEi or any L67 equipped Bonneville. They are quick and very relieable. I haven't heard of any bearing problems here at all. The only problems I have heard of are the Series II NA engine. They have plastic upper intakes that can and do fail=$700 if it doesn't ruin your engine (Hydrolock).
The L67 (the Supercharged engine in the SSEi [and some oddball SE'*]) have strengthened internals. The only bearing problem I have heard are the wheel bearings going bad with higher mileage--but that is common among all cars--not just Bonnevilles.
I now return you to your previously unscheduled 'off topic' subject:
I like your work. You are very tallented.
Oh yeah, BTW, Welcome to the club.

Nice work btw, and please check out MNBC, Thanks! If you see anything in ads for Bonnevilles in the twin cities, that is close to one of us, we could probably check it out for you too!
