I hope you don't mind me joining the Bonne forum, but I found this site after fruitless searches for info on my '94 Olds LSS, and didn't see a whole lot of 'action' over on some Olds sites .

I've already found so much helpful information on water leaks, and AC/Heater problems I'm having. Congrats for having such an awesome, informative and helpful site!

I'm not new to owning Pontiacs, my pride and joy (& daily driver) from '02 to '06 was a '72 Luxury LeMans, I drove an '82 J2000 in HS, and I actually worked at Pontiac dealership in '95 for a very brief time. However, I am new to '90s H-body GM'* /3800 ownership. I just inherited this '94 LSS from a buddy of mine. I actually worked on it a couple times when he owned it, but I'm really getting familiar with it now. It is totally loaded, and I'm trying to figure out which components it might share with the Bonnes.

I look forward to learning from and sharing with my 'corporate cousins'

Welcome to your new home!!

That Series 1 3800 is the same one found in our 94 and earlier Bonnevilles. Nothing really different except maybe where the mounting brackets are.

Thanks you! We pride ourselves in having the most extensive Tech Info and diagnostic forum around. Everytime we learn a new issue, our Gearheads get together to brainstorm, update our database, and pass the info down to the members. That'* who we are here for, the members!

Thumbs up

Thanks for the warm welcome, y'all. Once I get the 'livability' issues solved, I can tell this should be an enjoyable car to to drive.

By livability, I mean fixing the leak(*) so the car won't smell so nasty, and fixing the heater (most likely the Blower Control Module) so I wont freeze and stink.

I did throw the serp. belt on my 3rd day of ownership. I tell you what, I have NEVER changed a belt so quickly and easily!
