Hey gang.
Not a Bonnie owner myself, but I own a 2004 LeSabre, currently getting upgraded with Bonneville parts. Buick LeSabre owners tend to not mod their cars, so I figured this would be a good place to check out some things I could do to improve the car.
The car is mostly stock (only had it about 4 months now). But has a few minor things done. Major parts going in include a full FE5 GXP suspension I've been gathering piece by piece.

When spring/summer (and tax return time) comes around, I'm planning a L67 top swap, with HD diff, and just a mild tune for now.

I also own an 87 Turbo Regal, which I've had for 16+ years.

One quick note about the FE5 suspension, the FE5 will make the car sit around an inch higher than the FE2 off of an SSEi. A member did the full swap on his bonne and let us know about this. Just so you know

Black Pearl, I actually read about the FE2-FE5 transformation, one of the main reasons I joined up here. Very nice detailed thread with pictures of everything. I was comparing part numbers to make sure I had all the right bits.
I hope it doesn't raise the car too much, I like how it sits now. If it does, I'll have to see just how much it bugs me, versus the improved ride. Might change them out for FE2 springs if it really looks weird. I can understand why, carrying the N** extra weight in the front, it probably needs a bit more installed height. Might settle a bit after awhile though, so you never know. I know some drop springs will settle even more after being installed for a few months. I actually have FE1 right now, which means it rides like a couch on wheels..lol. And it has no rear sway bar at all! But, it needed front struts anyway, so we will see what changes go on as all of it goes in.

As in my sig, both cars are silver, hence the username. My Regal was actually my grandfathers, which I got when he passed, and it was my first car and the car I took my road test in.
Originally, I had all these plans to paint it all black, swap out the interior, etc. But as I got a bit older and wiser, and saw a lot of the GN thefts, and liked the "surprise" aspect of a sleeper, I decided to keep it the way it was. In fact, I may even go the other way and debadge it and put on a flat hood, just for added measure. Obviously, its not "stock". No TR owner can actually call their car stock with a straight face except the garage queens. It has quite a few upgrades, including turbo, injectors, loads of ECM mods, intake, exhaust, suspension work, etc.
As requested, a few shots. Note, the LeSabre is actually 99% the same color as the Regal, even down to the pinstripe down the side. The color in the picture makes it more of a bronze, but it really is silver. (I really need a camera besides my cell phone..lol). They were taken about 2 days after I bought it, hence the dealer plate surround on it, and te stock headlights (not HIDs). With the nasty winter we get here, haven't had a chance to take any better ones since its usually covered in road grime.
The shot of the Regal at the strip is one of the rare occasions I let the cat out of the bag. That shot is ESTA park in Cicero. I live around the Utica-Rome area actually.

And as much as Buicks are my first love, I do have a Mopar in my stable as well.
I bought an 01 PT Cruiser a few years ago, something to get better gas mileage, something that actually handles, and can load a bit of stuff in (with the tumble forward, removable seats) since I am a drummer on the side from my regular job. Heck, I've helped a lot of people move, and everyone is surprised at the amount of stuff I can fit into this "little" car.

Its a fun little car. Its a 5 speed, limited edition, with all the extra toys, heated seats, sat radio, power everything, sunroof, full leather, etc. Has the touring package, so its setup pretty stiff already, but I added Tokico struts up front, and KYBs in the rear, so it really goes around corners. Also has a Hurst short throw, custom dual exhaust setup, some intake and fuel mods as well.

The LeSabre is the car I take on the highway, the main roads, or the leisurely drive to nowhere. The Cruiser, is the car I take to toss into corners, mashing the go pedal after a heel-toe downshift into 2nd coming out of a tight turn.

And yeah, about the "EVIL RED" plate.. This car has a few, jealous quirks you might say. If you've ever seen Stephen King/John Carpenter'* movie Christine, you know what I mean by quirks. (Not the rebuilding herself part, though, that would be sweet.) Hence my friends started calling my PT the "Christine Car", and the name Christine stuck. So the plate is a tribute to that, as are the red LEDs in the grille,

When I first got my car, I was looking around for videos and sites where people have modded their cars. I got sick of looking after about the 4th car domain site looking at the "pimped out" LeSabres sitting on 24s, or over the top stereos, or ghetto rides. I've figured out Buicks tend to attract the bling bling people more so than the go fast people. Hence why I think I fit in better here than a few of the sites catering to LeSabres that are mostly older folks trying to figure out how to program their homelink, or to they guys asking how hard it is to tuck 24s on one. Although there are a few well modded swords out there. This guy here is my inspiration. I'm probably not going half as wild as he ended up going, but its nice to see someone else with an eye for something other than slamming the car on dubs.

Anthony is the owner, and I've talked to him via email. Its pushing sick horsepower out of that 3800. His mods as of the video are in the video itself, but hes gone way past that now. I can't even get RegalGS.org to put up a LeSabre forum, even though they have a Century, Roadmaster, Park Ave, set of subforums. No wonder so few people mod these cars.
I've never owned a Pontiac, but they run in our family. My youngest sister had a 97 GP, and my younger sister had a 98 GA, and now she has an 01 Regal LSE.
