Wouldn't you guys have called on it? I knew after talking to the old guy and him telling me it was really well kept (at least until the grandson got it!) that it would still be in good shape. I think I can get the engine going without TOO much hassle. Bonnie leather seats are very comfortable to my big American butt.

im envious. my base model 96 with 150+k miles on it was $2750. and there were a couple problems with it [like, the seat would fall back at random intervals while you were driving. youd be driving along watching the road... then youd be watching the roof of your car]. that was... about 3 or 4 years ago.

I wasn't in the market for a Bonneville, or ANY car at the moment, but I'm always looking for just such an occasion. I've run across a few cars that were a steal. The thing about this car was to GET THERE FIRST. I did. Barely. I hauled @$$ and ran stopsigns the whole way, knowing that the first guy there with cash would buy it.
