i know the nbodies had manual trans option and are common on berettas and grand ams, you may be able to swap stuff from one of those

one of the things i dont like about gm is the lack of manual trans option, they just push the lame autos on every body. and it gets worse the newer you get. my 3500 would be way better and even more fuel efficient with a 5 or 6spd.

i agree, i dont even see many camaro'* 5 speed down here or id get one and when it is a stick its ither too beat up or they want a arm and a leg for one, its kinda upsetting.

Yup, your gonna need the trans and PCM from the same year. Or, save some money and just buy a 97 or newer car already supercharged. It'* actually easier and cheaper in the long run.

I do agree with you on that but If i buy another car ill want to get a c10 with a 350, or a camaro, and I like having somewhat of a good gas milage on my v6, but more power never hurts lol

now your speaking more my language. a c10 with a ls or vortec 5.3 will get decent mileage and sound and look a bunch cooler
