Not really new, just gone for two years
...and not really gone, either. Just on the other forum.
Not gonna get into all that, but I'm willing to spread myself around a little, lol. I don't wanna take sides.
Some of you may know me, some not...but I'm from Alabama, 22 years old, and currently studying to be a Civil Engineer.
Now to introduce what you're more likely to see talked about here:
First, the Buick.
1997 Buick LeSabre Limited. Fully loaded with the Gran Touring package (3.06 gears, F41 suspension, etc), leather and everything else. Only option it doesn't have is the engine block heater...which I've never needed, until lately when this cold spell hit us. Here'* a couple of my favorite pics.
I've made a few small changes since then. No more foglights, I installed 5000k HIDs, and I lost the Flowmaster dual exhaust in favor of a stock single tip...I missed my car being quiet.
And the truck. 1996 Chevrolet S10 LS. 4.3 V6, towing package with the 3.42 gears. I've upgraded it a lot so that it'* more to my taste, at least internally.
I don't seem to have a lot of pics of it in it'* current form. This is what I do have.
I added power leather seats and a custom center console, along with a lot of other random stuff, to get me where I'm going with more comfort.
This is what it looked like when I got it:
I think I really need to make a thread to go into more detail about these, lol...but there they are. And here I am too, lol.

Hi Dan!
Welcome home! Both are nice looking rides.
I've got a truck also, 04' F-150 5.4L; that I did a custom leather interior in, on board Edge programmer and lots of other goodies..just to make it more comfy.
Feel free to post up more pictures in Your Other Rides area of the forum!

Welcome back Dan. We don't ask anybody to pick sides. Neutral is cool with us. Besides, the pig pile'* over again. One side invades the other'* tree house and kicks over a few things, and it'* game on again. We are trying to get along. I think both sides are tired of the drama, and realizing both are going to be around for the long run. Glad to see you back, and Happy to have you! BTW, as a long time Buick fan with a couple of Park Avey'* behind me, yours is an awesome one. Nice Pics.

Thanks for the welcome and the compliments guys! Rest assured that I am not here to stir up any trouble. I have made a bunch of friends over there and I hope to make a bunch more here too.
Thanks! And mods? Oh my...that would be a definite YES lol! Neither of them are stock, especially the truck. And more planned, just more ideas than money, as is the usual.
I will be making threads for both soon, and try to cover everything.

Dan, I remember you pretty clearly and always being a positive upbeat poster, I also remember your re-finding us when we got this back online
I too have many friends left at the other site, but there are those there who can't give up doing this.
We had refashioned everything from the look and feel of the Forum to ensuring Staff respects the people who make it a Community. Glad to see you have come to see for yourself. Our growth here is incredible, 5000+ new members since re-opening, and the Tech Info tenfold. I hope you make your way around the threads and see all is quite different than a few insist it is. Again, Glad to see you Back.

Hey! Welcome back. I took some time off myself for a couple years. You bet your *** everything has changed. EVERYTHING is SOOOOO much nicer since I have left.
Nice cars. I liked how you put the *-10 in front of the trailer. A little PS could make that eye popping!

Wow, a two-year absence? That'* far longer than I've even cared about Bonnevilles. Good to have you back. By the way, that'* a really sweet Park Avenue. The portholes aren't really my thing, but the car looks really comfortable.
