Howdy,

I'm a longtime Grand Prix owner and just picked up my first Bone, a '97. Seemed like a sound car when I first picked it up, but as always with a used vehicle, it is somewhat of a crapshoot, and I have been experiencing a number of problems. On that note, I'll take it over to the Troubleshooting section.

Thanks for having me here!

JB

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum!

Please add your year and trim of your vehicle to your signature line. That way when you start asking questions in other areas of the forum, we all have a better idea on how to assist you. Click on "Quick Links" above, go down to "User Control Panel" and then click on "Edit your Signature" It'* pretty straight forward from there.

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum. You have come to the right place to get that 97 in shape. Billboost is also a 97, but a little confused.

It was kind of an emotional purchase as I really like it'* appearance, especially with the optional 5-spoke wheels (I immediately picked up a 5th off of ePay for a spare and dumped the doughnut). Other than that, not a very optioned car. But I really like how it looks, and appreaciate how it rides even more. Also dig the 27MPGHWY!

I have already decided my next commuter is going to be a '03 or so SSEi.

Welcome to the forum. 97 is where it'* at. having some problems with your car is not always a bad thing helps a new owner get intimate with their car. Have any questions don't be afraid to ask there are some Bonneville legends on here
