Hey fellow GXP freaks
Well today is (was) the day, a great day a wonderful day.......
I just aquired a 04 Bonneville GXP with 30,000 kms on her freakin brand new. I havent taken delivery yet and likely wont till early next week. But i did put a sizeable down payment on it and took it for a ride the first ride ( yes i didnt even test drive it ) I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.
I think the only mod i will do is the addition of a STS remote turbo.. other then that i really dont see a need to de anything. I read some of the fuel milage post but saw nothing but good readings on the 4 hour drive today..
BTW she is Blue metalic with the tan leather interior the nice looking tan the only thing she doesnt have is the moon roof but meh thats something that can be added later, but i have one on my impala ls that i rarely use.
Laid out the rules for Bonnie transportation this afternoon to me 7 year old son and my Girlfriend who wanted to eat her sub in the passenger seat this afternoon when i met her for lunch NO NO NO NO i went all morning with out having a smoke your not eating in my car lol....
with the addition of the STS turbo and removal of the V8 and GXP badges it should be the perfect sleeper well wait it'* that already it will be even better....

Howdy newbie. This is the mechanical section. We use Introductions for New Members for non-mechanical posts and such, and General Chat for the rest of the non-mechanical Bonneville related chat.
I'll move this up to Intro'* for you, and Welcome!

Welcome ReallyAGXP, glad you enjoy the car. The STS Turbo system is a refreshing developement for the GXP. They have a generic kit that would most likely work but they are making more model specific ones all the time. I'm still sitting on the fence waiting to see what happens. I would prefer a bolt on that they now have for many GM products.
