ya i bought my dads max. throwing in the stereo with a new component here and there. i think i need to upgrade to a lower guage wire now. which i don't want to do. and i need new RCAs now.

i can't decide if i should throw in my injen air intake, go stock, or slap a cone after the maf and have it sit in the bottom stock airbox

i kinda think stock automatic maximas are slow. but i'v driven those most of my life. the 95-99 do about 15.4 in the 1/4 stock. 5speeds 14.9, 00-01 slower by about .2 in all times, 02-03 about the same as the 95-99 gen.
also this guy i know owns a supra with a few go fast mods which makes everything else i get into feel slow now. sucks.

i would consider dropping in a modded 3.8 into a maxima just for the novelty of it. it would be kinda funny popping the hood and watch people'* expressions on there face seeing a SC3800 tucked in there. i bet it would screw too. i don't think it would fit though with hood clearance, and no one wants to see another import with a massive cowl hood. least of all me on a maxima.

a 3.5 swap is commonly done now (well not common but you know...) which is much more likely for me. Droppin in a 3.5 w/ 6speed LSD.

Jon...ever leave a bolt under the valve cover and then tell yourself about it after everything was torqued down? :P

Welcome aboard...

i just want to ensure everyone that just because he drives imports, he is not a ricer, all of his cars are built tastefully.
