Greetings from a new memeber...93 LeSabre
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum, and I wanted to introduce myself. My Name is Dave and I recently acquired a 93 Buick LeSabre Ltd. Its a little rough, but it runs and drives great, looks great from 10 feet away, and the price can't be beat. (I traded a 98 Century W/ about 200K and bad blow-by for the LeSabre and $200)
Anyway, this forum seems to offer a wealth of knowledge and insight about these cars and I look forward to meeting all of you.

Dave:
Welcome to the forum.
Lots of Buick members and they will help you along with problems. Watch out for Gonneville, he will have you spending money for mods on your Buick.

yes that is 279K, it was owned by a mechanic, and driven by his daughter who drove a sales route throughout the midwest. Thanks for the compliments like I said, it has some issues, lots of touched up rock chips, and mismatched pinstripe (replaced fender I assume, and the front bumper cover'* pushed in some, but it'* definitely a good 10-15 footer.
I am curious, what are some good, cheap mods for these cars? I assume, it has an L27 from what I've read on here, but It has no SPID label (?) so I'm not sure. Again thanks for the welcome, and I hope this forum isn't as addictive as the impala ss forum, or I'll waste all of my time on the computer!

The 3800 is to the V6 wold what the Chevy is to the V8 world

You got that right.... Grew up around Buick V6'* and Chevy V8'*... Nothing like a chevy SB or BB for that matter..... and then the Buick V6.... I think it turned into more than Buick or GM ever thought it would be..
I drool evertime I see a 350 4 Bolt or 400 4 Bolt.... And man O man can they get down the road...lol

I hear you, I went from having two cars that couldn't get out of their own way, (98 Century with a 3.1, and a 91 caprice with a 305, to having two cars that are ultimate sleepers.

Anyway, Welcome to the Club! 280K isn't a record, I know, but it'* a daggone respectable number. Testament to the reliability of the platform.
BTW, the area in that first pic looks familiar, especially that big white house behind the swings in the first pic. Are you by any chance in Columbus, Ohio? South side?
