Hello from the North!
Hi everybody.
My name is Dick and I live in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada.
Between myself, my wife and adult two daughters there have been too many GM products to remember. My guess would be there was around 20 cars and trucks. Probably more. And I had a Datsun 260z once.
Currently there are three GM'* in my garage; 2010 Chevrolet truck, 2006 Corvette convertible and a 2003 Impala. Here are a few pictures from last summer....
I'm trying to learn as much as possible from the forum about the new truck and I'll offer any information I can to help others.

Bonny'*!
Hi and thanks.
We had an 86. What a great car. We tested a 2003 before we bought the Impala. At that time the lease rates (7.5%) put it out of reach for us. :(

Weather
It'* a bit chilly but dry.
I pulled the insurance from the Vette two weeks ago when we had a brief blast of snow. It melted and has been seasonal and dry since. I could still be driving it, after-all it is my daily driver. I put on 25000 km just last year and had only one road trip to Waskesiu, Saskatchewan.
The truck is new for me. Even though I bought it last August I just started driving it, once I parked the Vette. The #2 daughter has been the main driver and racked up 4500 km'*.
There is a lot to learn about it so I checked out the GM forums. This one seems to be the busiest. That is usually a very good sign.
I had a 1999 short box that was starting to take all money at 350,000 km'*. Original motor and tranny. Sold it in four days using Kajiji for $4250. Both parties are (still) happy.
Must go.
