Default Hello new guy with a 95 SSEi

Hello, My name is Taylor. I have a 95 Black SSEi. Loaded with everything. Its basically stock except for the aftermarket JVC CD player. It has almost no rust just a few bubbles and some behind the rear doors where the seals went bad. ( doesn anyone know where i can get some?) Its got the Spiderweb wheels on it. It needs a new exhaust kit and some minor things fixed. But... My transmission makes a klunk in park and neutral but shifts great and drives fine. The fluid is not burnt or smelly. But other than that its in great shape! I really am a big fan of Pontiacs in general. I have several if not too many Lawnboy mowers. lol. I am glad to have found this forum dedicated to the Bonneville! Seems like they are underestimated due to the granny 4 door looks but man do they haul! I am located in Nebraska. I also have a 72 elcamino a work in progress so i like GM and HATE foreign cars. So thats just a little about me and my Baby.

:WelcomeSounds like you'll fit in perfectly.

As far as the tranny, have you checked your mounts?
If it clunks but shifts and drives fine, I'd start looking there.

My 95 had the same rust bubbles too. I'll can't offer any advice on how to fix it, I never did , but I am sure someone here can tell you exactly what to do.

For the best advice, post your questions/problems in the appropriate areas for the appropriate question, such as the tranny and the door seals. That way each issue is assured to get addressed properly.

Welcome to the Bonneville Forum! :Welcome
Please post your questions in the appropriate area of the forum. Also, if you do one question per a post, you will have much better luck at getting them all answered than if you put them all in one.
