Default 1997 Buick LeSabre P0740

Hi I own 2 buick LeSabres 97 and 99 3.8 automatics which usually perform well but currently the 97 is throwing 3 codes p0740 p1655 and p1675. How hard is it to fir the TCC switch and how do I get to the Evaporative cannister? Any help would be appreciated I have working on my own cars for 40 years but the Buick is fairly new to me. Thanks, Mike

the codes are electrical control faults, and all of those get there power from a pink wire from 20a fuse 5. i would check that for power and problems
