Greetings from Ontario
Hello to all, my name is Luke. I'm 18, from Woodstock, Ontario. I bumped into this site and was astounded by all of the useful information regarding Bonnevilles, as well as the photos I wish I could call my own.
February 16th I purchased my first car; a 1998 Green Pontiac Bonneville SE. Once I heard that engine roar that car was sold. Sadly, the Green Machine has 235 000 kms on her. I've been trying to take it easy to keep her running smooth. Easier said than done. Luckily, no major problems with her yet, only a broken sway bar (damn sewer grates).
I've received a lot of slack from guys at school, who ironically mostly drive their parents vehicles or walk. No, it'* not my grandpa'*, it'* mine. Classic styling is not just for elderly. Have you heard her purr? Probably can't hear that hair-raising wail, only squealing tires when I peel out of the parking lot. Haha, anyways... at least here I know I can get some respect !!
To all reading, happy motoring!

Hi Luke! Welcome to GMForum. If you like the car, then that'* all that matters. These cars run strong for a very long time and don't worry about the mileage. Just stay on top of normal maintenance and when something breaks, fix it right away.

Welcome and as others have said, great looking car. Since I'm not too far from you (Brampton) I hope to see you around sometime this summer.
