Default Hello from Hungary!

Hello everyone,

I'm from Hungary, I have a '92 SSe, it runs good, but it looks so bad.
That'* why I'm looking for parts and information here, but the shipping to here costs horrible amount of money in most cases.

I have already did the headlamp high beam/low beam trick, now I can see the road in dark also.

If anybody needs anything from Hungary, just PM me, I will help for sure. Okay, I know this has a chance about 0.1%, but who knows....

Have a great day,

Name yourself after the famous TV Alf? Or is that your real name?

Alf was cool. I wanted one. A REAL one.

Welcome to the club.

Pretty neat to see that someone owns a Bonneville way over there.

@ sandrock

I'm hungarian, and I have no relation to any military organization or similar.
Sooner or later I would like to go to the states with my family, but it'* difficult even if I'm an IT specialist...

@ Red Rocket

Hungary has about 2-3 million cars, and there'* only two Bonnies from the '90'*. I know about two or three from the '70'* and '80'* altogether.

@ PontiacDad

For sure.
Please, fasten your seatbelts. Octane 95 (which is the cheapest) is about $1.80 per litre!

@ agrazela

Slivovitz is originally from the Chech republic if I remember well, and it'* made from plum. We call it "pálinka", which is basically the same, but we "cook" this not from only plum, but everything we can catch. Are you still interested?

@ everyone

Thanks very much for the warm welcome, I really enjoy this place!

I spent some time a number of years ago in a Croat village in the Eisenstadt in the Burgenland on the Austria / Hungarian border...I guess we called it slivovitz on that side (or maybe it was just the Czech guy who was with me who called it that ) As I recall, what I had was made from cherries, and it was oh, so good!
