Hello everyone *
Hey everyone,
I just bought a pretty nice Bonneville about 2 weeks ago, after about 5 days of driving both intakes failed. I wasn't aware of the intake issues facing the car, and the -40c we been having kept me out from under the hood. Regardless of my misfortune, this site provided me with valuable insight into my new project. We only have to put the belt back on and a few little odds and ends to put back, and it will be time for new oil and anti freeze.
I figured, since I really hope my car will work right the 1st time, that i had better sign up to the forums. I did this mostly because it will be handy in the future, but also to thank all the people who asked and answered things that pertained to me on this job. The gentleman that posted the pics of the full intake job was especially appreciated.
So yeah, tonight is the moment of truth for me, and my Bonneville, so keep your collective fingers crossed for me!
Thanks again!

Id love to man, but sadly she is in a cramped garage all full of grubby hand prints. Once I bail her out of jail, if all goes well I will give her a bath, and see about a picture or two. She has a little rust between the wheels under the doors. My spring project
