Default New guy... "new" car

Hey all just wanted to introduce myself. I just purchased a 2000 Bonneville SSEi and pick it up monday from the dealer. I have always liked the look size and feel of the larger Pontiac over the Grand Prix and now I finally own one. This is my first supercharged car although I am no stranger to boost. My "toy" is a 1987 Buick Grand National that is no where near stock and getting further and further away from stock in the future. I traded a 2002 Subaru WRX for the Bonneville, mainly because I got a kid on the way (in the next month) and wanted something a little bigger and smoother riding, the WRX had a pretty rough ride compared to the Bonne. So I hope to learn alot, maybe even teach something as I am quite familiar with the L36 as I am a vehicle maintenance mechanic in the Air Force and our Impala Police cars have the same motor, I have done countless LIM, UIM, alternator, water pumps, ect. basically just about anything you can think of I have done short of an engine rebuild. Looking forward to spending time here and hanging out. Later.

Having some exhaust tweaked on the GN, I didnt like the way it fit, hung way to low. I also pick up the Bonneville tomorrow so I will see if there is enough daylight left to snap some shots of both together, we shall see if nothing else I will get shots of the Bonneville.

Well the pick up got delayed, they had to put a new windshield in the car, long story. I should beable to pick it up today, although pics may have to wait until the weather out here clears up. Figures get a new car and it is snowing a raining right after they got it all detailed
