Hey folks, had to find a new forum, as we just bought a 98 Bonneville SE last week! Previous owner bought it as a drivetrain donor for his 343K Olds LSS. He replaced the upper intake, starter, and ps pump. He drove it for a week, and realized it was way too nice to part out! Only 111K on it, and has a passable cheap repaint on it. Owned more cars than I can remember, but the first two were colonnade coupes, a 74 Malibu, then a 75 LeMans. I have a 70 Suburban that'* been sitting awhile, and we just retired our last family truckster, a 94 Ciera w/201K! Spent a good bit of time on the A body forum, keeping the Olds and a previous 96 Century running. -Adam

Good call, if the plastic lined LIM gasket was not changed over to the aluminum framed gasket, then I highly suggest having that done, or risk future catastrophic engine failure.
