Default 2008 express van trailer lights

ok so i have a 2008 1500 express van. I've been using the factory trailer light adapter since i got it. last month i went to bring a DJ trailer back to the warehouse and the lights didnt work. at first i thought it was the trailer, but after hooking it up the my mountaineer, the lights worked. i found another light hook-up further up the chassis, but had no luck with that either. i did some thinks with the wiring when i put in the subs and the new taillights , but it still worked after i did these things. any help?

The lights on the van or the trailer are not working? If the van, check your fuses(possibly in the engine bay). My 2000 Blazer has seperate fuses for the trailer harness. EVEN a fuse for the LED 3rd brake light!!
