To determine which engine you have, look at the Vin number on your
car... The engine code will be the 8th didget of your vin number..
All engines are manufactured by Buick.
All engines are 3.8 liter, 231 cubic inch (3786cc) 6 cylinder. Firing order is
1-6-5-4-3-2
MFI=Multi-port electronic Fuel Injection
SFI=Sequential Fuel Injection
SC=Supercharged

Supercharged Vin 1 engines from 92-95 (Series I) used the Eaton M62 Supercharger.
Vin 1 engines from 96-03 used the Eaton M90 Supercharger.
A Small note, All of the 3800's regaurdless of being labeled MFI or SFI all use the Sequential Fuel Injection system..
