Default Sierra left side brakes locking up

i have a 200 sierra and both the drivers front and rear calipers are locking up but the only side showing wear are the inside parts of the rotor where the piston would touch. does anybody know what the problem is?

you make sure the new pads slide good and put caliper grease on them? some of the new pads have casting that has to be filed off or it will stick

i suppose its possible but ive never had it happen to me and ive always had old cars. the rubber ones tend to get squishy first. almost always something hanging up the hardware or sliders

i pulled off the caliper and the slides came out with ease. The piston we couldnt get back in so im going to go ahead and say i need 2 new calipers but its just weird to me that just the left sides doing it and that only the inboard part of the rotor is worn out, not the outside part you can see through the rim

A few comments. On many of the rear calipers, the caliper has to be rebuilt when the pads are replaced. This is not typically an issue with the front calipers. On any S10, Blazer, Bravada, Jimmy- the rear caliper always freeze after pad replacement on the original OEM caliper.

On many of these GM models, the inside pads wear at a much higher rate than the outside. I speculate poor pressure distribution.

Also want to point out the left side is closest to the master cylinder. Might indicate an overall design that favors a incidental slightly higher pressure to calipers nearest the master cylinder.

Maybe something messed up with the abs try pulling the fuse and see if it makes a difference. I have never seen it happen. But if you replaced all that stuff i dont know of anything else.
