only other thing i can think of and its a guess, is some cars have anti drainback devices in the lines they might have an issue

i was thinking maybe a bad booster, maybe a master cylinder or a poportioning valve

The master cylinder separtes them: Im pretty sure the brakes are front and rear separted so it would not affect one side. The porpotioning valve is internal to the abs motor.

i just cant figure anything else out. It sucks cause the truck will sit for a little bit and once the pressure goes down theyre fine until it builds enough pressure again

Did you try pulling the abs fuse and see if it makes a difference?

i unbolted my master today after the pressure built up and that didnt make a difference, so then I tried the abs fuse, still noting. I'm stuck at this point

Leave the fuse out and after the pressure goes back. Drive it and see if anything changes.
