The 4l60 has a round electrical connector with like 10 wires and the 700 has a square connector with 4 wires. I'm sure it is a 4l60 as well. As far as the code I agree with the earlier post of the ign switch. The way it is wired is it has 2 Ing outputs 1 goes to the relay center and the other goes directly to the trans harness after a fuse. I have seen where the hot side of the solenoids will read good voltage but won't carry enough amperage to operate the solenoids. But that usually causes more than one code. I would pull the trans pan and check contanuity of the control circuit from the solenoid plug to the PCM then check contanuity of the power side of the solenoid to Ing 2 fuse I believe.
