I'm planning to buy a tonneau cover for my '07 Sierra and looking at Extang- http://4wheelonline.com/Extang.1785 since the price is still within my budget and looks like the offer is good. Does anyone have this kind of cover? I used the search function but didn’t find any topic about it. I want a folding tonneau but I’m still undecided whether to get a solid or soft tri-fold style cover. I’m also curious how well they seal. Or do you have other suggestions? Thanks in advance guys.

its all about what you want to do with the truck. the hard ones are good if you live in cold temps and never haul anything big. i had the velcro type and in the winter it was a pain to get back closed but not as much as snaps but i hauled a quad so i didnt want to screw with taking the hard type on and off.

It is a hassle to remove a solid cover whenever I need to haul large cargo so I prefer a tri-fold tonneau. But I‘m curious which tri-fold cover is really weather-tight.

that one i dont know, dont know anyone who has one either. most folks i know are buying versions of the hard plastic ones.
