its a pain in the butt that they would make it lock in one spot on any truck, because as it wears you know you are going to be out of adjustment for the timing. they probably did it so you would have to buy new parts

I don't really know what to do unless I make a custom hold down bracket for the dizzy.

I'm getting somewhere now. I cut the tangs off the hold down bracket just enough so that they didn't lock into the dizzy housing but still enough to hold it down in place(bent them downwards).
So, I held the throttle at 1000 and I twisted the dizzy CW and was able to get it down to 2.9* But the #1 boot is now hitting the plenum and I cant twist anymore to achieve 0.0*
Please don't tell me I need to lift the dizzy out and move it 1 tooth. That'* a PITA.

Update:
Everyday I find something new that needs to be done or fixed. Yesterday I was actually able to get out and do some driving. Come to find out, I'm getting a P0502 Vehicle Speed Sensor Low Input. I was wondering why I wasn't getting TCC lockup.
Upon further research via HPTuners forum. The speed sensor is actually DIFFERENT between the S10 and Express. Not just because one screws into the trans tail shaft housing, and mine screws into the transfer case, but they are different OHM wise.
So, I went to Advance to order one(should be here by now) hoping I can make it fit/work in my transfer case. My other option is, I asked over at HPTuners if it were possible software wise to have it fixed so my stock sensor will work with the Express software.

2WD or 4WD? Spec on Express VSS is 1377–3355 Ω, spec on S10 VSS are 1,377–3,355 Ω (2WD), 976–2,354 Ω (4WD)
