1999 gmc sonoma cab corner cancer
i am looking for the best possible way to replace cab corners while not welding them on. i have heard to use epoxy.but also have the 3rd door rusting out at the bottom. would that be a full replacement of the door?or do they sell patches for that as well

I myself am having the same issue with my S10. It would be best to have them welded on.
And they do sell a piece to replace the bottom edge of the 3rd door too.

i think epoxy is the way to go, the rust was repaired with welding on my old gp and it lasted a year or two, the cab corners on my 89 where epoxied and it was good for the 5-6 years till i sold it probably still fine if i had to guess

I didn't think about epoxy. Hmmm.

Interesting indeed. I've been contemplating doing my own corner repair or dropping her off at the body shop.

ha i used to drill holes on a few old ones and pop rivet the corner in and grind off the heads lol spray some triple expanding foam in there and a little bit of bondo and it turned out perfect and even 3 years later still perfect
