Not sure which engine you have but if it has electronic throttle (no cable) it does not have a idle air control motor. The electronic throttle motor and pcm control the idle. On models that have no idle air control motor there is a small machined opening on on the throttle body that prevents the throttle plate from completely closing. The back side of the throttle plate and intake can develop a large build up of carbon and oil from the EGR and crank vent systems. If you remove and clean the throttle body and what you can get at of the intake where the TB mounts, it may improve your idle problem. You may want to do a top end Seafoam treatment when you are done.

i changed the throttle body, it dose niot shut off now but it will not idle down when you start off and take your foot off the pedal the motor continues to run at about 1000 rps i do not know what to do next
