What do you mean you can't bleed the system?

Has your ABS light come on? Just a guess but since you've replaced the master cylinder I would surmise that the ABS modulator or pump needs bled also.

Farmer, I'm shadetree at best and an old one to boot, but from what I've read it depends on what ABS modulator GM has installed in your Jimmy, apparently some of them even require a scan tool to bleed them. Maybe a real ASE mechanic like Tech II will chime in and help you out, also remember the internet is your friend and maybe you can find a procedure on the web. Good Luck!
