I'm not sure about Pontiac USA, but Pontiac Canada has already dropped the Bonneville all together from 2004 on (2004+ GP is now 50% GP, 50% Bonneville). I can't see why Pontiac USA would loose the SSEi though & keep the others. I could see them dropping the other models & just keeping the SSEi though.

whenever i see 00+ bonnies around town, i rarely see the SSEi'*, usually only SE and SLE trims. Is this just local to me, or have more of you seen this?

IMO, they need to drop the L36 and just put the L67 in all the new bonnies

Most everything around Ohio is either SLE or SSEi. You cant tell the them apart until you get up close. Pontiac screwed up in my mind on that. The SSEi trim (body side moulding, aluminum wheels, front end layout, etc) should not have be available on other styles.

could it be the price tag is what'* scarin people off? I find it hard to believe that one would have difficulty buying one from a Pontiac dealer. They are built in respose to the demand, not the other way around.
