My friend had a 1990 buick lesabre. It had 250k mi on it, and it was his first car. He got it from his grand parents. He liked to red line it and drop it into gear, or go into reverse at 45 mph. I think his goal as well was to beat the crap out of it until death, but guess what? He turned it into the junk yard @ 288k mi in perfect running condition minus the tires. It wouldn't pass inspection: The headlight was busted from hitting a drunk lady that ran in the middle of the road, tires were down to the steel belts just about, and the windshield had a crack in it from taking out a farmer'* fence, driving 30 ft down the muddy hill after the fence, and driving back up the hill. over the wire fence/wooden posts, and back onto the road. He'* retarded... but that car was amazing.

He changed the oil every 7k mi and used Penzoil and Fram.

nuts... well, im not going to hurt the body, but we'll see what happens... I mean, if I really want to blow it... just letting it bounce off the governor for about 2 min, she'll start doing something bad..

After a few heated arguments between me and my fellow quick lube co-workers, I did the oil change. 10w30 valv max life syn blend. It'* the last oil change, that'* for sure. I figured the cold starting problem is going to be her sign of weakness... so I gave her one in her favour... 202k, let'* see how long she'll go. I've got 2 cars lined up waiting for me to buy, so if one falls through, there is def another. Either way, I have an inbetween beater to do the bonnie restoration.

Well guys... no blow. I picked up a 94 sundance duster for $500. Bonnie sat for 1 week, went to fire her up, and she smoked until I shut her off ~5min. It also for the first time started like a worn out motor where she tried and tried and finally went, instead of just firing up right away. Pretty sure it'* f'd, but i'll probably never know.

Duster has 112k and a 3L 5spd stick... in a little 2dr 2,000lb car. Beat a 5L tbird in it... so she'* a quickie...
