Why'd you have to ask me..lol

The coolant turn around is actually in the LIM, directly under the TB on that end. If you look under the TB, you will see the cover. Get a gasket from the dealer once you know what it looks like. No idea what they call it. lol Then when you remove the cover, you'll see two squares. You want to connect them in the middke and remove a slight amount of material to increase the overall ability of the water in that turn around area. I'll see what I can find for pictures. I know 1993 SLE has good pics.

Don't doubt your fab skills. I doubted mine...and look how it turned out.

Here it is stock

And here we see how Pat joined the two as well as removing some of the wall that the coolant would need to flow around.

My manifold looks the same. This helps the flow of coolant from the back head toward the thermostat.

Yep, I see it on there. Looks like I'll have to modify it a bit to work for this.

True, I'll see if I can find a way to add some extra support. I want to take it down and level it anyways.

Whenever your feeling up to it, I need to find the fuel lines and could use your help with that. Definitely going to need someone to machine the LIM for this coolant mod as well. Then this summer will probably be when the headers/res will be getting done so we can talk about that then.

As for HPTuner, you already know I'm ready when you are.

A Strap on the intercooler heat exchanger? Like a bracket that ties the bottom of it into something structural?
