I had an idea of making a front lip / tray that would go under the intercooler between the fog lights to help force air into the IC when the car is moving.

Anything that can get more air moving across it. I didn't want to lower it any more then I had it. Nothing to protect it.

Yea he did a good job on that bracket. I already notice the engine is a bit louder, but I figure I can always fill it with some great stuff or dynomat every where that is not going to rub on the engine.

So is everything working now? Correct belt, hoses all hooked up on the intercooler?

Not quite. I won't have the new belt until next week along with the new tensioner, and I also ordered aluminum valve covers powder coated black. So next week I have that to get done, and it should be ready to go. IC hoses are all hooked up, I used a couple elbows to get nice right angles, and was short 2 clamps, but I didn't fill or hook up power to it yet so I'll just have to remember to put those on. I also used reinforced hosing going through the belts so it won't move around when it warms up and rub a belt.

You'll have to post some pictures of the hoses. I like the idea of using elbows to route the hose. I really don't care for where the hoses come out. Way to close to the belts.

Here ya go. I tried to position the hoses right in the middle of where we figured the SC belt would be, and the ACC belt. I like that reinforced hosing a lot better than the clear stuff, I think it was 2.79 a ft, but well worth it. It is more rigid, so it doesn't kink as easily, and it should stay where I put it. Having everything at right angles with the elbow and the T helps the cause as well. You can't really see it in the pictures, but I turned the pump so the outlet is pointing almost completely horizontal, then I put a piece of tubing on just long enough to connect the pump to the elbow. I ran the tubing then straight up from the elbow. Before, the tubing was kinking from the 90* turn off the pump.

I zip tied the filler hose here. For those of you who don't know, we couldn't really use the filler hole in the top of the radiator for the IC, so we capped it, which is also why we had to notch out the bumper to get it to sit level. Instead, we used a T and put the filler hose over here. I think it will work better this way, the whole system will get filled instead of just the radiator.

That looks much cleaner. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Oh, and I forgot to ask about the EGR system. That should be pretty much useless right now correct? So it could be removed and I could have my fabricating friend whip up a plate to block it off?

Ya, that'* not going to do anything now. I don't believe there is even a hole in the IC plate.
