Car and Driver. Crown Vic VS. 300c VS. GXP
they do alot of GXP bashing in this test.

but i agree the SC 3800 out performs the N*. But just my opinion.

"Unlike the Chrysler, the Pontiac offers no navigation console. You must call OnStar to figure out which bonny ville you are barreling through."
HAHA, this definitely makes me think of Venom.

My mother in law has a 300c, and I have to say that car is pretty nice.
when they say it'* made out of granite they mean it, everything feels solid and the car just lazes around town untill you floor it, then it'* scary fast.

I just don't like the 300, never have, and probably won't ever. it looks too much like a want-to-be Bentley, and I do not like Chrysler or any of it'* subsidiaries. Now, if it was up to me, the Crown Vic or the Bonnie, I like the Crown Vic for rear wheel drive, but you just can't beat that 3800 Series II. Now, from what I've read and seen, it seems like Ford has a higher quality interior, but I like the look of the Bonnie better, it'* a close one for me. Just my two cents.

That isn't an option in the GXP, N* is the way it rolls. I've never ridden in a GXP (although I once thought I was, until the tranny grenaded reminding me it was in fact still an SSEi). I've also never ridden in a newer 300C (Drove an older one, let'* not go there again...). I have gotten some time in behind a Mercury Grand Marque (very similar to the crown vic). I do like that car a lot. Like the way it handles, feels, rides, etc.

Even tho the Crown Vic is RWD with a V8, Car and Driver hit the nail on the head. It doeesnt have any balls. Sluggish, and the GXP has little bottom end torque(unlike the SSEI). I also am not a Chrysler/dodge fan but the 300c is a award winner for a reason. Great suspension! Good Power, Interior. But like Katt Williams says "Yeah I looks like a Bentley, UNTIL a Bentley Rolls up!" Out of these three I would pick the 300C. JMO. But they all have enough power to smoke the tires. Which is pretty fun in a 4 door Luxury car.
