WOW!!!! I got 28.5 MPG
I just made a 500 mile trip and went 450miles before I filled up with 15.8 gallons... I probably could have made it the whole way but there isn't any gas stations in the last 50 or so miles.(didn't want to push my luck with the kids in the car)
I was doing 70-75mph the whole way except the couple cities that the limit is 60.
I'm so excited!!!! I hope that we could do the same on the way home...

Driving through the mountains of WV will take a real toll on gas mileage. What'* easily obtainable in the plains isn't quite as accessible in mountainous terrain. I'm getting about 26 MPG on my 82 mile round trip crossing the Appalachians in Pennsylvania every day, which I'm pretty happy with. My '91 Olds 88 got about 21.

just got back from a little trip myself. going 75-80 was averaging about 31mpg. I just got rid of a pontiac sunfire and I thought i was going to lose a lot of gas mileage. It does get a lot less the the sunfire in the city though. Do you all think this might have something to do with this thing they BOOST

i 13mpg in the city and 27 on the highway, modded. This is in the winter though, I let my car warm up a minimum of 5 minutes so the seats are warm and the trans is sorta warm before I drive it.

This was a trip to Chicago from West Virginia.
No mountians just straight flat roads and corn fields.
I never thought that I could get over 25mpg
