On your dash cluster, you should have a voltage gage, sounds to me like its ignition or electrical (ie battery or alternator) has gone south. If you have any life in the volt gage then the battery and alternator are ok.
Otherwise, its hard to say

OK..so the electrical is there. good....are you throwing any engine codes? any Service engine lights coming on?
If there was a problem with the crank sensor, you would be throwing a code.
Does your car have VATS? (vehicle anti-theft system) its almost like the VATS system is kicking in and not firing up the car. Wheres Andy Green when you need him
Andy? any ideas here? Don? Bill? Alan?

One more thing, I have no idea about your car, please add the year and trim level of your Bonneville to your sig, makes this a whole lot easier

Can't be the cam sensor. That'* exclusively for fuel control. Crank sensor and Vats are good places to start. Checking codes, as Jim suggested would be the best and first thing to do.
Try another ignition key first, then let'* see what year and model you have.
