I checked out those production figures on the Techno site- Please correct me if i'm wrong

According to those #'* there were only 3,641 SSE'* and 3,413 SSEI'* made in 1998?
out of 58,411 units. Do I have a possible collectors item due to the low volume?

You'd need a 40th anniversary SCSE. That would be something. Even the 40th SSEi. But not any other model. (40th anniversary is 1997, btw.)

Rare options help. Like the rare 1993 SLE option package, with the one year muffler. And to top it off, one year, special GM paint

So were there specific 40th SSEi'* or were all the 1997 SSEi'* considered 40th Aniv?

Actually 2 years -1992 and 1993.

There are specific Y40 (40th Anni) Bonnevilles, not all 97s are 40ths

no not all are 40th anniversary but I dont remember what makes um a 40th either aside form they have the badge an something else

My car is rare because all of the options are offered only in on year, and the SLE wasn't all year even, as far as i can tell.
