Fits like a glove. That thing probably gets no traction.

That'* pretty slick.

Those swaps always made me wonder how the owner would fix broken parts. I.e., a bad water pump. A repair like that can be tough enough in a car that was meant to have the engine. I can only imagine what it would be like in a car that doesn't have the clearance (between the block and fender pan). Could be lots of work down the road if you had to pull the engine just to change a water pump!

it appears as though he has a decent amount of room on the side that it counts the most...water pump, pulleys, steering pump, belts, etc.

I would guess low to mid 13'*. Fiero'* do about 13.6'* with a stock SII L67 in them, so that has got to be AT LEAST as fast. As much as I don't like Citations, thats pretty cool. Just reminds you that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.

The Citation might have more traction issues though. Although a good driver would get it in the 13'*, sure, a Fiero would hook up considerably easier I'd venture, due to the weight transfer as well as the weight already there.

You can see from his bald tires that he has traction issues, but thats obvious anyways. However, I can see by looking at it in the pic that its not stock, it AT LEAST has a smaller pulley and obviously a custom intake. So once it did hook up it should be capable of mid 13'* easy, not to mention I'm pretty sure it is lighter than a Fiero.

Those engine swaps are different cars.
